Maintenance Workers Complete District Projects
The maintenance section of P&O is responsible for all repairs and maintenance of district facilities and state-of-the-art high volume air condition system. It is the maintenance department's responsibility to remain compliant with Federal, State and Local safety laws by inspecting playgrounds, buildings, and equipment. The department manages pest control schedules of all facilities. The department also saves taxpayer dollars by completing routine and complex construction projects in-house. After recent Hurricane IKE, the maintenance department worked hard to clean up and restore district facilities so school could resume as quickly as possible.
